The Parish of Killenummery and Killery (Diocese of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise) is officially served by two co-educational Catholic primary schools. Because our parish boundaries uniquely cross county lines, we are proud to support school communities in both County Leitrim and County Sligo.

Located approximately 3 miles from Dromahair village, St. Joseph's is a vibrant, community-focused school. It is highly active in the Active School Flag, Green-Schools, and Discover Primary Science and Maths initiatives, offering a holistic education rooted in local heritage.
St. Teresa's National School (Ballintogher, Co. Sligo)
Situated in Ballintogher village, St. Teresa's serves the Killery side of the parish, providing a welcoming and supportive learning environment for local families within our shared faith community.Both schools operate under the patronage of the Bishop of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise, nurturing the academic, spiritual, and personal development of our parish youth.
